Information for Cudahy Pet Owners

Pet owners living in Cudahy must follow the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) which requires all dogs and cats to be licensed. The license is proof your dog or cat has received their rabies vaccinations.

Cats are required to have a license in Cudahy.

  • Spayed/Neutered Pets: $12.00
  • Unaltered Pets: $24.00
  • Late Fee: $6-$12

Any puppy or kitten over 5 months old must have a license by July 1st:

  • Spayed/Neutered Pets: $6.00
  • Unaltered Pets: $12.00

City of Cudahy Pet Limits:

  • No more than 3 pets per home (exception for puppies and kittens under 5 months of age)
  • Pit bulls require a special permit
